Confidentiality & access.
Same nine-clause structure as the real Pernod Ricard Response1 portal's legal notice, re-worded for the Magnum Adaptation & Localisation Partner Pitch.
1. Confidentiality. All content within this portal — including the response film, decks, written submissions, supporting evidence, Scout conversations, downloads and any material surfaced by the AI agents — is strictly confidential and is the proprietary work product of Publicis Groupe. It is shared with you solely for the purpose of evaluating this RFP response and may not be reproduced, redistributed, forwarded, posted, screen-captured, screen-recorded, summarised, fed into third-party AI tools, or otherwise disclosed to any party outside The Magnum Ice Cream Company evaluation team without the prior written consent of Publicis Groupe.
2. Single-recipient access. Your access token is personal and non-transferable. Sharing the token, the URL, or your session with any other person — internal or external — is a breach of the access terms.
3. Intellectual property. All ideas, frameworks, creative concepts, methodologies, AI tooling, brand expressions and written material in this portal remain the intellectual property of Publicis Groupe and its affiliates, irrespective of the outcome of the RFP. Nothing in the portal constitutes an assignment, licence or transfer of rights.
4. Usage monitoring. Access events including login, page views, downloads, Scout questions and voice sessions may be recorded by Publicis Groupe for audit, security, access-management and RFP administration purposes. No personal data beyond the access-token identifier, basic account identity, timestamp and associated portal activity is used for this portal audit trail.
5. Privacy / GDPR. Publicis Groupe processes portal access and usage data only for legitimate business purposes connected with the secure operation of this confidential RFP response room. The data is access-controlled, retained only for the review and audit period required for this process, and may be used to investigate unauthorised sharing, access misuse or technical incidents. You may raise any privacy or data-protection question through your Publicis Groupe contact.
6. No warranty / draft material. Material in this portal may include working drafts, scenarios and illustrative examples. Final commercial terms, scope, methodology and deliverables will only be those formally set out in a signed agreement between Publicis Groupe and The Magnum Ice Cream Company. Nothing in this portal constitutes a binding offer, contract or representation.
7. No third-party rights. This notice is for the benefit of Publicis Groupe and The Magnum Ice Cream Company only. No third party is granted any rights to the portal or its contents.
8. Governing law. These access terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with access to or use of this portal will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Withdrawal of access. Publicis Groupe may revoke or suspend portal access at any time without notice. Access tokens expire automatically at the close of the RFP review window.
